Jubilee Ministries International. Founded by Apostle Mark Kauffman. Apostle Mark Kauffman and First Lady Jill Kauffman have been ministering to their church in New Castle Pennsylvania since 1982. As well as ministering in New Castle, PA, Apostle Mark Kauffman has expanded Jubilee Ministries International to churches in India (India Connection). Ministries of Jubilee Ministries International include xtreme youth, children of zion (COZ), warriors, single vision, destination blessing, miracles in motion, and the Apostolic Church Network. WE BELIEVE the Bible to be the inspired and only infallible, authoritative Word of God.
